RECIPE BELGIANS GOFRES 2 (LIÈGE)

Ingredients
  • 400gr. Of flour
  • 230ml. Of entire milk
  • 1 on of yeast in powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 10gr. Of sugar vainillado
  • 20ml of soybean
  • 180gr. Of butter
  • 150gr. Of sugar pearl
Preparation
  • To mix the milk with the yeast and to add flour and the soybean
  • To stop to rest 15 minutes
  • To mix the rest of the ingredients, except sugar pearl.
  • Sugar Adds pearl to the rest.
  • To prepare the balls of more or less 100gr.
  • To allow that they should ferment approximately 1 hour.
  • Calentar la gofrera al máximo 10 minutos.
  • Cocinar los gofres mas o menos en 3 minutos.
