RECIPE BELGIANS GOFRES 2 (LIÈGE)
Ingredients
- 400gr. Of flour
- 230ml. Of entire milk
- 1 on of yeast in powder
- 2 eggs
- 10gr. Of sugar vainillado
- 20ml of soybean
- 180gr. Of butter
- 150gr. Of sugar pearl
Preparation
- To mix the milk with the yeast and to add flour and the soybean
- To stop to rest 15 minutes
- To mix the rest of the ingredients, except sugar pearl.
- Sugar Adds pearl to the rest.
- To prepare the balls of more or less 100gr.
- To allow that they should ferment approximately 1 hour.
- Calentar la gofrera al máximo 10 minutos.
- Cocinar los gofres mas o menos en 3 minutos.
