CREPES BRETONES
Ingredients
- 400 gr. flour
- 8 eggs
- 1 liter whole milk
- 15 gr. butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 100 gr. sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
Preparation
- Beat all the ingredients until it becomes a smooth dough and let rest 30 minutes.
- Use a bucket and a nonstick skillet. Grease pan with butter for 1 crepe.
